Returns and exchanges
We hope you love your new purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item you can return it within a period of 14 days from the date of delivery. The product must not have been used, worn or have any signs of wear. The product must be returned in the condition in which it was sent, in the original packaging where possible.

Only within Greece, and only for changing the size of the sandal, the shipping costs for returning and re-shipping are covered by us. For all other countries all shipping costs including taxes and customs for returning and for re-shipping, are paid by you, the customer.

If you request a refund, and only in the case where the returned item meets the conditions aforementioned, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you within 15 days.
