Returns
We hope you love your new purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item you can return it within a period of 14 days from the date of delivery. The product must not have been used, worn or have any signs of wear. The product must be returned in the condition in which it was sent, in the original packaging where possible. Returns must be made after you contact us via email or from our social media channels.

Only within Greece, and only for changing the size of the sandal, the shipping costs for returning and re-shipping are covered by us. For all other countries all shipping costs including taxes and customs for returning and for re-shipping, are paid by you, the customer. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you request a refund, and only in the case where the returned item meets the conditions aforementioned, the purchase price (excluding delivery/customs charges) will be refunded to you within 15 days. The request of the refund money should be on 14 days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 15 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
