If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 3 working days for the tracking information to show. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
Shipping within Greece is carried out by Geniki Taxydromiki. A flat rate of 4,50€ applied in all purchases for CoD and a flat rate of 2,00€ is applied via Credit/debit or PayPal
If there are any issues from our side that may delay the delivery of your order (e.g. material shortage), we will inform you via phone, email or on your social as soon as possible, and allow you to cancel the order if you wish. Returns and exchanges must be made after you contact us via our website contact form, email or from our social media channels.
Only within Greece, and only for changing the size of the sandal, the shipping costs for returning and re-shipping are covered by us. For all other countries all shipping costs including taxes and customs for returning and for re-shipping, are paid by you, the customer.
If you request a refund, and only in the case where the returned item meets the conditions aforementioned, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you within 15 days.
